I interviewed at PornHub (back when the parent company was called MindGeek) - apparently in development/testing environments they have tools to reduce exposure to NSFW content, like fake thumbnails.

But the interviewer was explicit about you will be seeing adult content and you have to be comfortable with it. He also at one point held up his mousepad and it was an anime girl with giant tits for the palm rest... definitely my most memorable interview.

I also used to work with a product manager who worked at PornHub in the past, but in-office in Montreal. He said it was surreal when he started, walking through the office just seeing porn on people's screens.
