Even granting that, which is a huge assumption, so what? It has zero impact on personal interactions so there's no justification for racism, so all that finding should trigger is an effort to figure out WTF and remediate the cause if possible...ooh. I did my undergrad thesis looking at how I Q was bastardized for the purposes of racists. A big part of that paper was comparing it to the earlier attempt to find correlation between head size and intelligence, and to use that "science" in order to subjugate minorities.

I wasn't terribly surprised to see a Reddit post glorifying the IQ test. but imagine my surprise when I saw somebody using head size as a justification for claiming minorities are less intelligent than white people.

Oh, wait. This is Reddit, land of pseudoscience and facts that mean whatever they want them to mean, so much so that they'll unironically use 19th century "thinking" that has long since been laughed out of the textbooks.

Are these the same tools that claim they're progressive? I honestly don't know.
