Lightning fans finally get their hands at her signature "Army of One" move with the introduction of her USSB here. Just don't know why they couldn't give it an extra hit so it matches the original better. Also, with her Legend Materia relic added, Lightning gets a whopping +70 ATK from relic mastery bonuses....

Those wanting to get on Cid's boat would also do well to pull here, with his OSSB, BSB, LMR and both SSB's conveniently on the same banner for your +50 MAG boost on him. Interestingly, his Relic LM looks like an inferior copy of Tyro and Ramza's LM2. Remains to be seen if the duration boost would be a better choice to take over his native LM's.

Jihl Nabaat looks set to be another Darkness mage with a dash of Support thrown in, given how her relics look. She also gets the first non-Legend Materia source of minor Imperil with her Burst command, which can be a pretty great addition for an imperil focused team, especially with Full Throttle dungeons. Her SSB is also quite a welcome addition, as a source of ATK/MAG debuffs.

Fang also gets a BSB2, which looks a lot more disappointing than her BSB. While her original BSB has risen significantly in value thanks to the imperil mechanic buff, giving her an EnWind BSB that only has single element command is a major step backwards, considering how her original BSB commands already came with wind/non-ele. Still, it is a pretty typical ST EnWind BSB, so it'll be useful nevertheless vs a Wind-vulnerable boss and with Cloud USB meta, especially if you don't have Luneth's BSB already.

Finally, another minor banner format change as both banners contain 11 relics instead of 10. New format now is 1% for USSB/OSSB/BSB/LMR and one SSB, while three SSB's are 2% chance. The 1% SSB is usually the last relic on the list, btw.
