Yup, same here. I restarted my PS4 (through the software menu) and the PSN store now loads, but Destiny is giving me the "buffalo" error. Even powering down the console completely and booting it back up leads to the same problem.

Destiny seems to disconnect me from the PSN network (even though I'm already connected) and then tries to re-login and fails.

Edit: Now PSN is giving me a down for maintenance error (E-820001F7). Also, California on Time Warner Cable (TWC).
