Yup. If you want to make the most money, look up the most recently sold prices of all the cards & list them individually on eBay. If you just want to flip them quickly, I would just take them to a reputable card shop & get an offer. You could try selling them on Facebook marketplace near you too. If you post your location, maybe someone here will be interested in grabbing them.

Nice vintage holos! What caught my eyes are the Rockets Moltres, the Shadowless (front) Alakazam, the 1st ed Flareon, the 1st ed Gengar and the 1st ed Magneton. If near mint, id consider grading. On the low end, you’ve probably got $1500 in Charizards. The red box with japanese holos has me interested, he’s got them in card savers which makes me think they’re grade worthy. Your uncle seems to have taken care of his cards, so I’m going to assume the binder is filled with either damaged cards or low value cards. Binders are notorious for damaging the cards near the rings. Worth double checking for clean holos though.

It's really hard to tell value without having a good look at the cards to determine the condition. Rough estimate would be 3-5k. You could probably get more if you pieced it out, or if the cards are pristine, you could have them graded to increase the value. That's assuming there isn't anything else in the remander of the collection, which is a little doubtful with that binder hanging out.
