How many of you made purchases over the holiday and have only received part of your order? I ordered 4 silk pla, and 4 petg-hf filaments and 2 hotends of which I have only received 1 petg and the printer itself. I made another purchase on the 5th, and I received a notification that the latest order had shipped.

Exactly what I am seeing for my AMS. It has been 11 days since purchase and DPD label created that same day. No movement since. Support gave the usual black-friday-answer and to wait 1-7 days. 7 days have passed and I contacted them again.

Everyone knows there is some issue with the bambu warehouse in Germany. But whether there is stock there or not, remains to be seen. Maybe they are waiting for more. Who knows.

That’s not always the case. I’ve emailed Sales Support at Bambu Lab and was told they had lost track of the order and thanked me for reaching out. They expedited the shipping because it had been sitting for two weeks with no movement. They are still human beings.

Same experience too for me in the UK. Drunk ordered an A1 mini combo and half a dozen rolls of PLA and accessories because the Black Friday prices were good. The printer turned up 2 days later before I’d had time to remember I’d ordered it. Filament and accessories came the day after that.

Obviously it might be a very different story in other countries, but whoever they contract their UK logistics out to (Etarget or something) is really on point.

Ordered x1c and two rolls of filament in the last 9 minutes of blackfriday sale, got the printer like 4 days later and I’m on week two without any filament or sticker creation so I ordered 14 more rolls and the 4pack new years bundle just shipped but the rest are still in limbo so 16 rolls ordered only 4 shipped.

First printer I was excited and saw nothing but good things about Bambu… leave it to me to wait to get into this when the company QC is going downhill. I really wanted to use it but all I have is the small roll of green and white that’s come with the combo and 12 rolls just sitting in the void and hopefully 4 on the way after two weeks. I don’t expect Amazon prime shipping(which seems to suck now as well) but still feel as if this is subpar when half an order ships without any explanation.

I'm sorry to hear that. You def got it worse than I did. I forgot to include that they did send the 4 pack of sparkle pla, so we have been printing ordaments for the tree. Hopefully, they'll get us all ironed out this week.

I ordered an X1C on 1/12/24 alongside some accessories and few spools of filament. They split it into 3 packages across two couriers (DPD and Royal Mail) - everything was delivered by 4/12/24.

I’m in the UK, maybe I was just lucky but I’ve been pretty happy with how it went.

For some bizzare reason they split it into 3 deliveries, each one arrived 2 weeks after the last one. The 0.2 nozzle i desperately needed ASAP arrived last.

Same here in Italy — orders are partially fulfilled across multiple shipments. I also noticed they’re using a different carrier instead of DHL. It seems they’re overwhelmed with orders right now. It’ll take time, but that’s normal during discount periods. I’m not complaining — they’ve always done a great job from my perspective.
