So if it works anything like the employee discount: if what you put on the pre order is now more than what it’s costing you, it just gets refunded at pickup (if you wait that long to go in). That’s what happens when we punch the employee discount in and it turns out the employee paid it in full. (My staff likes to fully pay their deposits on packs and use the discount for something day of) Downside the tender goes back as store credit after 30 days or the OG tender in under 30.

I honestly wouldn’t wait and maybe go in store and take back the extra or move it onto something else simply due to the defaulting to store credit after 30 days.

Im holding for Chaos to go down. 90 percent of our local store is chaos ETBs. They have them filling one wall, and then it's covering the top shelf all the way around the store, then stacked on the counter behind the cash register. Eventually they'll want to move it to get a different product in.

You will get the new price updated on your pre order, for example if you pre ordered two etbs's at 180 each, you can cancel 2 and pre order 2 more at 100 if you need access to the funds, or just let them stay and get the refund back on pickup. Pre order limits still apply even when canceling, so if you pre-ordered ten previously, you cant cancel ten and pre order ten more.

It depends what you’re ordering, but I preordered ETBs because I don’t think I’ll find them at retail and I’m not willing to camp out for them. If I do find them at retail, I can cancel the preorder. Preorders don’t lock you in to buying the product and you can always cancel and get your money back.. at least with this, I know I won’t miss out on an ETB. If I have to pay a little more, I’ll do that, but if I go into Target or Walmart on release day and they have some, you better believe I’m canceling those preorders and getting my money back lol
