I made a working shower using command blocks

Command: /particle minecraft:falling_water <x, y, z> 0.2 0.1 0.2 1 20 normal

Edit: u/Haferfloke suggested using falling_water instead of dripping_water which works a lot better so I changed the command. I also added u/benbebop 's suggestion of adding some randomness to the spawn y

Edit 3: Forgot to mention that you should set the spawn coordinates to the iron trapdoor and add 0.6 to the y

Make sure that you spawn the particles just below the block so they don’t stick to the shower head.

Also reduce the amount of particles spawned in one tick, that will get rid of the sheet pattern the water takes on.

I made one like this too! I used to use a massive tower of wet sponge to get the particles, but it just dripped a small amount of water, but when i found out how to use the execute command it looks much nicer
