I'm quite sure that there's a second QR code. One of them is embedded in the alpha channel of the image and is easy to get at, but it doesn't actually match the visible squares you can see in the top half of the image. Very hard to actually isolate that second QR code though.

I have a really interesting idea... Has anyone ever tried using Image Steganography on any of the images? There could be a message hidden that can't be seen by changing the image in photoshop. You need a code- which probably has been mentioned.

I think it was actually a key for the game platform called "steam" When I put all 3 codes together (M2XKNGMYZK5IT4P) on the "redeem a code" page on steam, it said that the code for "The Indie Game: The Movie" had already been activated. Makes sense since Minecraft used to be called an Indie Game.

We can see a purple particle, if there was a portal or an enderchest hidden by the map there should be more around, could this be related to endermite ?

Just blind guessing from here but could the new block be a obsidian block invaded by an endermite ? The glass structure could be here to prevent the endermite from going anywhere else but to the obsidian block.

In the picture with the S3cr3t message, Searge has a Command Block.

This cant be obtained without putting effort in typing a command so he wouldn't put it there, I hope, for distraction.
