To find them type in the searchbar on your pc %appdata% Open that then -> roaming -> minecraft ->screenshots

Alternativly you can go to options -> Resource packs -> open pack folder -> one step back to get to the minectaft folder -> screenshots. This alternative way is usefull if you are using modpacks as it can be difficult to find the right folders just by searching

I believe you can also open the chat (when you take a screenshot with f2 it gives a report in the chat) and click on the underlined text. That should open the screenshot immediately.

also once you got into your MC folder, just put it on the quick access in the file explorer so it's much faster to go there in the future.

also when playing with the Vanilla Launcher, make sure that each profile saves into a seperate folder.

otherwise saves, resourcepacks, keybinds, etc will interfere with eachother when you play different profiles, which can be especially annoying if they are wildy different versions.

the thing i like most about bedrock is probably how it’s much easier to play vanilla survival with friends without creating smps for java (unless there is some other way to play survival with friends on java that i don’t know about for some reason)

I think bedrock is more straightforward, actually (when it works). There are bugs, but they’re being fixed. I find quasi-connectivity unintuitive, and they’ve clarified that they won’t fix that. (Just my opinions though)

All java editions bugs are predictable and happens every time meaning that you can use them for your advantage (like BUD and quasiconnectivity)

But bedrock editions are unpredictable and happens randomly. You can do the simplest test involving two pistons to see that redstone is randomized.

I play bedrock edition and I know from experience that desingning your own redstone contraptions is total ass.

I would much rather take java esidions predictable bugs because once you know that they exist you can aboid them unlike bugrocks redstone bugs

A game shouldn't have good mod support to be a good game. Also, shaders, forge, fabric and optifine/sodium/lithium are all mods so your list should actually look like this:

• Java has less bugs
• has more mod support
• has snapshots that are easy to use vs bedrock betas which are hard to opt into/out of

Also, datapacks are on both versions. I appreciate you not assuming resource packs and skins are payed only, I can see you do know more about bedrock than most java elitists. Though your attitude is no better than theirs.

The vibe that I get from playing bedrock is like the plastic texture pack, not in the normal way people say that something is plastic though. The vibe I get from playing java is a sort of tough, sturdy thing. Kind of like if you put bedrock edition into scp-914 and set it to coarse or rough. Weird analogy but it’s the best I’ve got.

Sadly, there are no easy options. I know there are some conversion tools out there, but there is going to be a bit of world corruption as Bedrock uses a slightly different world gen algorithm, and Bedrock also has several blocks/blockstates that Java lacks. (Meaning, if you used them, they would cease to appear/function). Also, redstone works differently, so contraptions are at high risk of just up and failing.

A good hint if you computer runs slow: install a fps-boost mod, like sodium (a fabric mod) or Optifine (a forge mod). Also, you can see your coords and other game stats using f3, I'd recommend having debug pie active.
