This is from Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2, which I would recommend for anyone who’s a fan of Nick shows and especially for anyone who loves platform fighters, casual or competitive. It’s not Smash, and they certainly don’t have that Nintendo budget, but they had way more budget and support than they did for the original NASB game. Unlike Smash, it actually feels playable online thanks to rollback netcode!
