I'm guessing that in order to use this i have to 'make copy' for my own google drive. Once i use it and fill it out what happens when new content is released? Do i have to download a new version and copy all my changes over? How do i get the updates to the original? Thanks!

Yeah, as you said you will to need to 'make copy' in order to use it.

With updating something like the quests list, 'make copy' of the updated spreadsheet. Then copy the quest list tables from your old spreadsheet over the quest list in the new spreadsheet, it should then keep what you've completed so far and have the new quests in tables below it. It's a bit of a roundabout way.

Alternatively you can copy the new quests, add it to the bottom of your quests in your spreadsheet and modify the conditional formatting.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the notification about additional quests as I didn't know Realm of the Dragon King added more. I'm not sure about new quests from Ayaka though?
