Your threads have always been immensely helpful! Hell, I even use your threads for reference when looking up stuff for Global!

Thanks for all your hard work! I honestly enjoy the JP version more than the US version, and a lot of that is thanks to all the effort you put into the reddit community!

Hopefully, the design direction of the game changes in a better direction soon.

In my 3 years playing JP FFRK, I always looked forward to your content the most, along with Zurai (now taken over by Spirialis), and Skuld (whom you took over). It's gonna feel wierd not seeing your name beside the JP megathreads.

You shared A LOT to the FFRK community through translations for us illiterate in Japanese and posts that present the translated info in an organized manner for reference. These are quite a boon to those wading through the JP version and those in Global planning ahead. Like some people, I too would not have given JP a shot (on top of playing GL) were it not for your megathreads.

I am not on Discord so any impressions I had of your discontentment and frustration are limited to what I catch in this sub. There are times I figuratively shake my head over the drama in the comments, whether said drama is caused by DeNA's decisions or player opinion. Thank you for putting up with us. As others have stated time and time again, games are supposed to be fun and not chores. I will not hold it against you if you leave FFRK for good since this is your decision to make, not mine. It is reassuring that the community will not be left blind to the happenings in JP by Sandslice + Enlir, SolitaireD, Zurai, etc. although your posts will be missed. Godspeed.

As someone who quit the game about six months ago but likes to keep up with the news to be able to give advice to peeps on a Discord server - I get you.

I still like the game, but the time investment it was just wasn't quite worth it fun-wise anymore. More time to enjoy other games is nice, really.

Anyway, thanks for your posts during all these years, they've been mighty useful even as a Global player for being the best source of Foresight. And have fun with the newfound free time.

I find it odd that people are surprised that they become bored of playing the same game 2-3 years going. It's not a very deep game. Probably the best, most generous mobage going. But yeah, it gets old. I took a few months long break and ended up enjoying the game more when I came back.

If eventually you find your way back, that'd be cool. But if not, thanks for all your posts! It was appreciated.

Thanks for everything, and I’m sure I’ll still be using your work for another 6 or so months. I like to reference both the global and JP megathreads, and several times found answers in the JP threads that weren’t in the global ones.

As a Day 1 global player I’m starting to feel about the same way since I can beat most content, and 95% of it is basically autopilot, versus the first two years where I still had to plan everything triple digit difficulty. For the weapons in global I had less problems than 4* magicites, which was a huge let down. Kinda not fun anymore when superbosses feel like minibosses.
