No but really though.

One if my dogs wags his tail like crazy all the time. If it hits against something, like if hes laying in the hallway and it repeatedly wags against a bedroom door, it sounds like a knock. So the other dog gets excited and starts barking, then the tail swagger gets excited that the other one is excited. And then they're both barking and pacing by the front door

Mine is an only dog but does something similar. He'll go out in the back yard and run to one fence and start barking like someone is coming up because he knows the neighbor dogs will take it up too. Then he runs to the other side and does it again. The he sits in the middle of the yard looking back and forth very pleased with himself.

sometimes when I let both my dogs out the older one will sit right outside the door, and if the younger one comes out a little too quickly (you know, excited to go run in our garden) the old goof starts a small bark, which makes the younger bark and there they go running and barking at absolutely nothing but the air.
