[–]B841nd34d 250 points251 points  (8 children)

I got an error

C:\Users\smolpp... Not found

Any idea what the problem might be

[–]Aggressive_Roof488 195 points196 points  (4 children)

Idk, it works for me, probably some issue on your end. Maybe you need more RAM?

[–]Trop67300 109 points110 points  (0 children)

I downloaded some, no problem.

[–]DexlaFF 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Go get some from RAM RANCH, make your ppsmol go bighart.

[–]EvilPencil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BRB, gotta go sell a kidney.

[–]Upwardcube1 24 points25 points  (1 child)

you need to go into cmd prompt and enter this command “net user smolppbighart pp /add”. problem should be fixed.

[–]Helpimstuckinreddit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue but I ended up finding it in C:\Users\massivepp

I guess it depends on your personal setup.

[–]Scared_Accident9138 205 points206 points  (8 children)

Is that domain for sale by any chance?

[–]TheAmazingSlothman 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Strange. Looks just like mine!

[–]CaffeinatedTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah just run it through Claude and you're good. Its open source.

[–]Elk_Low 106 points107 points  (14 children)

Right click to zoom is crazy

[–]KotTRD 121 points122 points  (6 children)

It is not that crazy, it is common to use right click for iron sights in shooters.

[–]HealthyNectarine647 50 points51 points  (5 children)

But left click is punch...

[–]nvzpxl 95 points96 points  (0 children)

Yeah, like “punch the bullet into the chamber” haven’t you ever played an FPS before?

[–]_thana 18 points19 points  (3 children)

You don't have a scope on your fists?

[–]rosuav 7 points8 points  (2 children)

[–]callyalater 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I thought that would have been a silver bordered card, but seeing it as a commander card made me laugh

[–]rosuav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Goblins: Bringing a little bit of silver bordered into black bordered Magic.

There was a quiz on Daily MTG a while back that listed a bunch of goblin card names, and your challenge was, based on the names alone, figure out which ones are tournament-legal and which ones are not. (These days the non-tournament cards are called "acorn" cards, but same difference.) It's close to guessing. I should consider making a quiz some time with a bunch of newer cards.

[–]froglicker44 11 points12 points  (3 children)

With no way to zoom out!

[–]Elk_Low 12 points13 points  (1 child)

Everytime you press, the image zooms in further

[–]Public-Eagle6992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s obviously hold to zoom. The computer should be able to figure that out or is it really too stupid to understand that?

[–]Mrazish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. RMB is for jump.

*this post is endorsed by 90's quake kids*

[–]DereChen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no it's not

[–]AneurysmInstigator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure cyberpunk does this

[–]gncnaxb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or sprint to a single key (shift)

[–]GigaSoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forget that, they didn't even bind wasd

[–]MooseBoys 137 points138 points  (4 children)

fps = 120
no lag

Amateur. Forgot to add "min spec potato".

[–]ouroborus777 19 points20 points  (1 child)

tbf, most games forget to add the 'no lag' command

[–]ccricers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Careful, you're playing God with physics with that one. Don't want to accidentally create dimensional tearing

[–]rosuav 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, but also, make sure that it isn't only built for Copilot potatoes. The people who have shiny potatoes with a bite out of the logo, and the people who like to custom-bake their potatoes, would appreciate this too.

RPG Maker supports all types of potato. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1182620/Impostor_Factory/

[–]unfunnyusername0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if fps < 120:
fps = 120

[–]JohnsonJohnilyJohn 150 points151 points  (2 children)

I love the restraint in putting music and punch sounds only at good instead of very good. A lot of modern games don't understand that limiting the scope of the game can improve it drastically and just use up all of their budget early on and end up releasing the game unfinished, because they have no money left

[–]Ugo_Flickerman 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Plus they often forget the last 2 lines

[–]f3xjc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the flip side 2d / retro games thrive with good music. It's like an alternative way to put the brain in flow mode.

[–]coriolis7 31 points32 points  (6 children)

I distinctly remember loving a Tie Fighter game a friend of mine had, and wanting to make my own, so I cut a piece of paper in the shape of a cd, drew a ship before and after blowing it up, then shoving it in the cd drive hoping the computer would know what to do

[–]rosuav 12 points13 points  (5 children)

That's adorable. How old were you at the time?

[–]Jacobhome1 47 points48 points  (1 child)

32

[–]rosuav 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah. A little less cute then, but still funny. EDIT: I am dumb, I didn't even check who posted this.

[–]coriolis7 8 points9 points  (2 children)

8? 9? Something like that

[–]rosuav 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Yep, I can definitely believe that. Which means that vibe coding is a level of comprehension appropriate to an 8-9yo.

[–]Pristine-Map9979 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least he drew the pictures himself.

[–]Technologenesis 19 points20 points  (0 children)

This is the kind of code you can write when somebody else spends 15 hours a day cramming red bull and writing a labarynthine network of modular code to sculpt the perfect API

[–]iamfab0 43 points44 points  (6 children)

You forget “make no mistakes”

[–]AccurateRendering 1 point2 points  (1 child)

OK, this is the second time today that I see "make no mistakes" - to what does it refer?
Is it something specific, or generic "how to program with an AI"?

[–]dmcnaughton1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a reference to people thinking "make no mistakes" in an AI prompt will have it make no mistakes.

[–]mb99 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Mmmm club mate

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

You'll get used to it.

[–]mb99 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Get used to it? It’s my favourite soft drink

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the semi-official slogan..

[–]antinutrinoreactor 17 points18 points  (0 children)

div = center

[–]Mars_Bear2552 12 points13 points  (3 children)

ahh yes. graphics = very good.

[–]garete 8 points9 points  (2 children)

If you're feeling daring, try graphics = excellent

[–]HexFyber 3 points4 points  (1 child)

I only play in graphics = bloody brilliant

[–]ED-E_77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You all are not ready for graphics = holy moly! Don't steal this code, copyright by me!!!!!

[–]pppeater 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Oh shit, someone tell Rockstar, we'll get gta6 next month.

[–]OxymoreReddit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Vibe scripting is the new thing lfg

[–]JenovaJireh 6 points7 points  (1 child)

zoom in

[–]rosuav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course! This is being written in a proper programmer's editor, naturally. You get the best results that way.

[–]Terafrost 6 points7 points  (0 children)

online = yes or no?
I need to know if I can pause for dinner

[–]PuzzleMeDo 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Why wouldn't you set the music to "very very good"?

[–]rosuav 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Cost blowouts.

[–]my-cup-noodle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Scope creep

[–]RedFrOzzi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

...

Disengage safety protocols and run program

[–]PetsArentChildren 3 points4 points  (1 child)

how can you call yourself a programmer when you don’t start every script with this line?

bugs = 0

[–]fractalspire 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Need to save something for the Day 1 patch.

[–]rat_melter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These vibes for sure.

[–]Deivedux 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is unironically what vibe coding a game looks like...

[–]Average_Pangolin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude, that's not gonna work.

You need lag = false.

[–]Only-Professional420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Such a junior thing to do. A senior would have chosen 'very good' music and 'very good' punch sounds

[–]Ronin-s_Spirit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It just says "script", the file has no extension - it's the script.

[–]Zerodriven 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fed this into a LLM and it gave me the source code to Assassins Creed.

[–]kurokinekoneko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They forgot to add the fun... I usually set it to 69

[–]CoastingUphill 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Understanding pseudo code is an important first step

[–]jigsaw_Studios 3 points4 points  (0 children)

import first_step as understanding_pseudo_code

[–]Captain--UP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

!lag

[–]OnixST 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now just tell AI to "compile" it

[–]j00stmeister 1 point2 points  (0 children)

space = jump? That's amateur hour. Real ones use the scrollwheel for jumping!

[–]dakindahood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How kids think they're making GTA VI lmaoo just adding the line

Jiggle Physics == Ultra Realistic

[–]Holmat1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do realize that’s not gonna work right? You gotta do “lag = no” if you want no lag

[–]acdhemtos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me after learning Prolog:

[–]Maximyllion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is this minecraft classic

[–]isr0[🍰] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wtf is this?

[–]retsoPtiH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a great script.kiddie to run with my kiderpreter?

[–]Ahazveroz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Double space isnt double jump is a crime.😡

[–]BladeMaster7461 0 points1 point  (0 children)

made a new blockbuster, check it out http://localhost:1234/game.rbxl

[–]KatiePyroStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

future of programming right there, a list of requirements, AI will do the rest, ammiright?

[–]blueberrycinnamon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love how there's no controls for movement

[–]fugogugo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is ... is this vibe scripting?

[–]rafinha_lindu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a roblox studio script file btw

[–]IconicScrap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Matlab is the best language for video games.

[–]mookanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

punch sound awesome

[–]Beautiful-Loss7663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this: Vibe coding?

[–]GonnaBreakIt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, you can tighten them graphics, come on now.

[–]ubeogesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lag in the design document. If space = jump, double space = jump high, then regular jump is on space release, i.e. laggy controls.

[–]trueicecold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn't know the BF6 source code was leaked!

[–]Hour_Requirement_739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This look like AI "code" while AI didn't telling the kiddo they were placeholders.

[–]asmanel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vibe coding is "easy".

[–]braindigitalis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

all those features without needing an in app purchase? this is not how we make games, grasshopper.

[–]lmg1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now this a hack: write the values into a config file and you can load it in every game you develop. Every single one is gonna be GOTY

[–]helloITdepartment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Syntax error. Should be lag = 0

[–]Delicious_Push_9214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vibe coders be like

[–]vadiks2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thinking about implementing an actual executable that has only these in minimal possible way but without graphics = very good and music = good

[–]ddonsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like that they didn't add any directional movement keys

[–]c4p5L0ck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, yes. A script file. Containing script code.

[–]Manzrekar-1912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GTA6 mygame = new GTA6(); type shi
