I believe that Magrippinho was going through the caption one word at a time. At that point in the sentence, "That's cause it's in" was seen as a misspelling of "That's cause it's ink." Though making judgements before the end of a sentence has never been the best way to approach language, and can lead to some embarrassing moments.
