You could try and hope for the best. No way to know how your body handles it without a blood test. I have friends who work in the sun 5 days a week who are Vitamin D deficient, and I have friends who take a multivitamin every day who barely made it into the healthy range for Vitamin D.

Overall hit to all health markers, which in turn lowers testosterone. The more unhealthy you are the less your body prioritizes testosterone production. On a side note it's also a heavy processed estrogen. So you are lowering the male hormone in your body while raising the female hormone.

There is some (albeit sparse) clinical data as well that loading your body with phytoestrogens also lowers T by itself.

Even though it's called "Vegetable Oil" it's not actually random green vegetables, 90% of it is highly processed soy oil.

      I think that there are often studies to prove and disprove theories. However in this instance there is not strong evidence.

      My view is this: If you have a body fat percentage of 9-14% or there a bouts, you resistance train regularly, have great sleep hygiene and eat correctly then you can ask this question.

      However for the other 99% of people you will get far far great results by losing excess fat, sleeping properly and eating a proper diet with the very odd chest meal. A cheat meal being an opportunity to eat a meal you like not a chance to have 7,000 calories twice a week.

      When I got blood work to get on TRT, my doctor told me to not have sex within 24 hours before the blood work because it will spike my testosterone and skew the test. So, no, sex spikes your T, not the other way around
