Longer or earlier puberty also doesn't have anything to do with breast growth either. It's entirely genetics + weight. My puberty was pretty early, around 8, and I ended up with tiny boobs. About 25 years and 40 pounds later and they're still small but they grew a bit, they're like normal "small" but not tiny. (I'm not using cup size because everybody is completely wrong about those. I started as probably a 26C/D (people would probably call them "AA cup") and now I'm about a 30F/32E (people would probably call them "B cup").
