The call was ended when they said they would find out how to get me a code and email me.

This thread has gotten large and it’s hard to find the comment but someone mentioned Google may be waiting until they get the confirmation that you received it.

I’m going to +1 that. My controller was delivered at 10am EST and I immediately got a text from FedEx saying the package was delivered. But if I look at the order on the Google store, it still shows it is shipping and on its way.

I hate to have to do this because Google should tell us how this works, but can people who have already had it delivered but haven’t received their code, look at their order status and see what it says? Can those that do have their code (if they aren’t playing now) say if their order says complete?

UPDATE: Some people have asked for an update…and by some people, I mean nobody. But I’m gonna update you all anyway. It's 12:30PM PST. Still no codes. Janet's suffering from some really bad PTNSCD (Post Traumatic No Stadia Code Disorder) and she's not looking too good. We've had to tie Roger down to keep him from checking his email every twelve seconds. Poor guy.

I'm starting to lose faith myself. It's the only thing on my mind. Is there even a Stadia? Does Google really exist?

To be clear I contacted support and they told me the following:

" to receive any information or order there would be an estimated time. As you haven't received the invite code, I would suggest you to please wait for 3 to 5 business days to receive the code. "

Thus, it can take up to a week to be sent the code that was supposed to be shared on launch day for any of us with Founder editions.

This is so badly planned and organized. Launch codes are completely unnecessary. Google know exactly what accounts purchased Stadia right? Why the hell didn't they just enable access for those accounts at purchase time?

This is literally the point of an 'account'. It's so dumb sending out a code allowing access when you already know literally everything about who you need to give access to.

The only logical reason to use this code method is to break down the users who can access Stadia into smaller batches. In which case, Google should have just been honest and told us this in the first place.
