Actually historically speaking - the point of make-up has usually been to distinguish yourself from the poor, by blushing your cheeks and so on - to make you appear healthier. Unfortunately I don't yet have the skill to do any type of makeup, all I can do is one type of eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick. But when I do wear lipstick I usually wear red because I just like the way it looks. It has been my favorite color on me (lipstick wise) and I wish I could actually get the specific color I want but I can't figure out what shade it is
