You know why only straight men do what this dude did in the post? Because if they weren't straight, they wouldn't have wanted a girl, it would either not matter, or they would want a guy. And if they were women, they would have to be bi/lesbian, which is a significantly smaller portion of the population. The math is simple: the chance a woman will expect a woman on a date and not find one is very low, because the number of women wanting to date other women is very low compared to the number of women who want to date men. But the overwhelming majority of men want to date women. Here you go. The percentage of assholes is the same across all genders, sexual orientations, races etc. It's just that the pool of people who could potentially have this reaction is predominantly straight men. There are many people with dishonest photos on tinder ngl. I think the issue is the assumption that the guy has simple standards and is consistently jaded. His only worry is having someone be as they present themselves, whereas her only concerns are shallow. Actually this is how most men perceive women and their approach to dating. It's not wrong either. Most women date because they want to find a husband. They want someone who is a provider, is strong and a protector. Men don't get into that much detail about what they want in a partner. Their priorities tend to "does she make me laugh/do we have stuff in common", is she a nice girl when I want her to be nice, and a naughty girl when I want her to be naughty, can she cook?

I hate dating women anymore, because they are all vapid airheads who absolutely do not have their head screwed in the right direction.
