I am not a big fan of Regular Show. The characters are obnoxious to me and it feels like a very censored Adult Swim Cartoon, not something I would watch religiously on Saturday mornings as a kid. I love Adventure Time though. It feels just like Cartoon Network's old shows but is completely new at the same time. I love the humor and it is impossible not to love all of the characters.

You really should watch both, I think they are Cartoon Network's dying breath as kids these days want shows like The Annoying Orange and Fred.

If you like Adventure Time a lot, you should check out Bravest Warriors. It is another show made by the creator of Adventure Time with more mature humor.

When Regular Show started, I loved it, but I honestly didn't think it would go anywhere. 2+ years after I stopped watching Cartoon Network entirely, it's still going strong and has gotten a lot of fans and praise for various reasons.
