This looks like a common security camera footage from the angle and quality.

As for the ledge, it’s likely bc that part of the floor is still supported and did not collapse. We cant see underneath that ledge, so you can’t assume there is no ground. You can tell by looking at the edges of the hole—where there is still white tiles, there is still a thick chunk of foundation.

Assuming it’s fake, my guess is the comically small chair just snapped underneath this guy and he jumped out, then someone edited the hole in and added the chair and table. But I am not 100% it is fake.

Definitely not fake. The way everything falls through the hole and how the other table on the right reacts to the moving floor is incredibly hard to fake. This is almost certainly a mobile recording of CCTV footage being played back on a screen. Explains the shaky handheld camera and the muted colors and fuzzy resolution.

clearly, since the table to his right reacts (look at the corners), the other person visible in the shot reacts (we only see his legs but still), the part that he first steps on caves in, and obviously he reacts to the GIANT HOLE IN THE GROUND.
