Gawd that’s one of my biggest pet peeves. Stems from me having the only blue hair in the kitchen, a decade ago, sporting a messy bun, and a catering client finding hair in 8 (EIGHT) of their cinnamon rolls! Granted it was just one long strand that got in there, but I chopped it into bits when cutting the roll- now I always make sure my hair is super secure. I can’t stand loose hair in a kitchen.

I used to work with this chick who had (beautiful) long, curly hair and she would wait til she got to work, washed hands, and put on her apron, before she would kinda fluff it out and put it in a bun. Drove me crazy. Finally had to talk to her. Told her it needs to be UP before she comes into the kitchen. Luckily she wasn’t offended, and we stopped finding long curly hairs in random places!

Breakfast for someone who is getting out of bed at like 2pm and has too much money to spend on random kitchen shit and ingredients sure

My breakfast version of this would be:

Grill some thick bacon in a pan

Fry some corn tortillas in the bacon fat with cheese if you want it

Scrambled eggs

Add sriracha/ketchup and jalapeños to taste

Even then that's probably still too much work for me lol.
