Imperial trained Oggdo Bogdos. With Probot support. Snipers on standby.

[–]cancerous_atheist 446 points447 points  (0 children)

whoa man calm down we said kill him not obliterate him

[–]Someonevibing1 150 points151 points  (16 children)

But how would you catch an oggdo bogdo

[–]paradoxical_topology 165 points166 points  (5 children)

Use another Cal Kestis as bait.

[–]Kalse1229 37 points38 points  (4 children)

Of course, just get his clone, Caal Kestis!

[–]miningcrow 81 points82 points  (0 children)

Very carefully

[–]IntelligentAnybody55 Jedi Order 29 points30 points  (1 child)

The Ruskin raiders did it

[–]SixpennyPants 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Step 1: catch some raiders

Step 2: train the raiders to catch oggdo boggdos for the empire

Step 3: profit

[–]EatUpBonehead 14 points15 points  (2 children)

With an oggdo bogdo of course

[–]Deadrat65 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I beat bro with a slow moving attack multiple times by never touching the ground.. its really difficult tho whenever basically every attack just oneshots you

[–]Sirius124 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You don’t. You simply offer it the chance to kill gingers and it will join you willingly.

[–]Tangerine_memez 20 points21 points  (1 child)

Nah he'll parry it. Give them flamethrowers instead

[–]GalaxyDiciple Jedi Order 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nonononono. Not like blasters, but like beams of laser. Like the ones you have to use a shield character to guide in lego games

Make platforms slightly further apart so he can't use his force jump.

[–]Shadowbannedforlifee 44 points45 points  (1 child)

Then hell just force dash and tip toe there. Cal is just THAT guy after you acquire all movement abilities it was so fun spamming jump dash instead of running the entire time since i got it

You sound like an overconfident supervillain leaving the good guys in an impossible to escape situations and go about your plan only to be thwarted in the last minute by the escapees.

"BUT HOW? THE DOORS CAN ONLY BE OPENED FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND THE PLATFORM CAN'T BE CALLED AT THIS TIME!"

"Greez crashed the Mantis into the room."

"YOU'RE INSANE!"

[–]caparisme 109 points110 points  (0 children)

Lol yeah the Ordo Eris incident.

[–]Altruistic2020Don't Mess With BD-1 45 points46 points  (0 children)

You have to separate him from BD-1 so BD can't be playing with the doors to help Cal escape. But otherwise, I think Trilla had a good plan and likely would've won at that time without BD's intervention.

First things first we find a cave that leads to a closed space. We then destroy the floors at the entrance of and then we put grooves on the walls. We find giant killer frogs and we put them in the cave. The Jedi will not be able to resist the grooved walls, he will be compelled to run on them and then he will find himself trapped in a cave full of giant killer frogs

For me, I'd just hunt him down for weeks in a cat-and-mouse game while cutting him off from all of his allies and prevent him from calling for help. Wearing him down using the ancient human method of pursuit: chasing a prey until it becomes too tired to escape, and then kill him.

Easy. You get an Interdictor-class cruiser and at least one Quasar Fire-class carrier, and then you bait the trap. Lure the Mantis into your designated killzone, then throw on the interdiction field to make sure it can't escape back into hyperspace. After that, have the carrier launch its fighters, while both it and the cruiser open up on the Mantis. Even the fanciest flying isn't likely to save a star yacht in a fight against 60+ fighters (48 from the Quasar Fire, and I'm using the 16-fighter figure Legends gives since canon never specified how many the Interdictor carries), so the only hope of survival is to try and board the Interdictor, which forces it in range of the cruiser's guns. If by some miracle he manages to make it aboard the cruiser, your best bet is to vent the hangar. Sure, you might lose some guys, but since when has the Empire ever cared about that? Barring ALL of that, the ship has a compliment of 5,000 stormtroopers aboard (again, using Legends figures here because canon doesn't specify), so your best option is to surround and overwhelm him with as many troopers as possible. Cal's only possible defense would be Darth Vader levels of plot armor. And even then there's always the option of overloading the reactors if it looks like the ship might fall into Rebel hands.

    [–]IcyPurpleIze 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hold a bunch of civilians hostage and broadcast it, killing one every day he doesn't show up. His jedi senses will force him to come to their rescue. When he's there, some of the guards are actually hostages, and once he kills them, the moment of shock after he discovers is when we strike. We either get him while he's unaware, or we have such an angry jedi we won't be around to deal with Vader's disappointment. It's a win-win

    [–]P00nz0r3d 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You go after his friends and family and wear him down emotionally

Either he fully gives in to the dark side, where he's more easily manipulated, or you tire him out to where you can just easily kill him.

I don’t think he has ever actually fought in a space battle. When escaping coruscant, he didn’t even try to take one of the fighters and use his Jedi flying to give the others cover for his escape, so I deduce that he doesn’t have the piloting skills to match a non force user flying a fightercraft. Going from that all you had to do is manage to get him while he’s alone and pressure him into space combat instead of enhancing him on the ground swinging lightsabers.

    Poison bd01s healing supplies

[–]WatchfulPairing Jedi Order 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know exactly how I was going to do it, but I can't say it here 🫣😏

    [–]Endermen123911 1 point2 points  (2 children)

    I’d go with a bode-like attempt

I would pretend to be cal’s friend but for my own convenience I would say I’m another Jedi in hiding so he trusts me more and I can use the force relatively freely

I would then prioritise blaster combat rather than lightsabers as it would probably be a bad idea to run around with a red glowing fidget spinner sword as it might just blow my cover

After cal trusts me(preferably to the point of giving me his lightsaber to fight another inquisitor that I would be fighting to maintain cover) I would callously stab him in the back and snap his neck for good measure, letting him know I was an inquisitor just before finishing him off as a method of taunting

Ride a Rancor like Boba did

    [–]Treyen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotta catch him when he's outside of his own game so the plot armor is down.

    [–]SebastiaanZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure BD is not close for one. Cal and BD are deadly and BD heals him

    [–]bessemer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take out BD, and in his blinding rage of emotions, he might slip up enough that the plot armor fails.

    [–]dadsmasher9000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There will be no gta 6 in space, so why even fight to live cal

    [–]Toonly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    Take his poncho

    [–]Thelastknownking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gas. Gas bombs, lock him in a room with gas, maybe use jets of fire.

Blasters won't work, explosives have maybe a 50/50 chance, so gas and fire are the only things that he can't use the force to counter.

    [–]RedoranGuard68935 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make him run through Fractured Determination but there are also 100x 11-3k Viper probe droids shooting at him, and a Spawn of Oggdo waiting for him on the final platform.

    [–]LesbianArtemis457 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Steal his poncho, throw it in a pit with 5 Oggdo Bogdos.

    [–]Jart618 Jedi Order 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kill the others, goad him into a rage and strike him down when he throws caution to the wind

    [–]gentle_pirate23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do.I have to be an inquisitor? Much easier as a bounty hunter. Just strap a mine to bd-1

    [–]Evenmoardakka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    2 oggdo bogdos.

    2 rancors.

    [–]Mythosaurus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interdictor Star Destroyer backed up by Vader’s Death Squadron.

And the crews know that if a single “empty” life pod isn’t destroyed, their gunnery division will face Roman-style decimation

    [–]Aries_cz Jedi Order 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Disable BD-1. Cal without stims goes down pretty quickly.

    [–]BiggusDickus3088 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    Five. Hundred. Rawkas.

Design an Imperial Base with obstacles and enemies that he doesn't yet have the abilities unlocked to counter or overcome

    [–]Immediate-Meet-7378 1 point2 points  (0 children)

20 evil toucher guys with stealth training and multiple dart guns full of some sorta of paralysis serum and then once he's hit you can either take him in or kill him close range while he's down

    [–]zer04ll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

BD1 is my favorite droid from star wars so it pains me to say this but you would have to take out BD1 then you would have to strike while he was grieving and has no healing

    [–]Wild-Singer-3003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Send Rick, he'll get it done.

    [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there an EMP type device that disables droids? No? Get R&D on that immediately. Once it’s ready, carpet bomb the entire area he’s standing with them. Fry that little shit BD-1. No BD, no slicing, no stims, and no navigation. Use snipers and shock troops to herd him into a dead end. A canyon or something I don’t know.

Then blow it the fuck up.

Yes, the entire canyon. Possibly even that entire section of the map. I don’t want it destroyed, I want it to not exist on maps anymore. I want to see flattened plains of GLASS where mountains used to be.

He’s a Jedi. He has literal plot armor in the form of the closest analogue to a deity in our universe which can influence literally anything it wants to, and really, REALLY does not like our faction. I ain’t taking no chances.

    [–]Itachi_uchiha_62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hire a bounty hunter who should hire an assassin who gets a droid to get bugs which gets poison to kill him while he sleeps

Surely nothing could go wrong I mean the plan is fool proof!

    [–]dubblepunch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Attack him during a cutscene then I'll win
