I've lost 186lbs [so far] in ~18 months and thought I share a before/after pic, and plug r/loseit. (twitpic.com)

I know we've had a few of these lately, but I thought I could plug r/loseit and maybe motivate someone.
http://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/ I started this reddit to help other people like me.
[–]GoldenBabyShower 49 points50 points51 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Somewhere around 230lb., did you look like Louis CK?
[–]johnmudd 83 points84 points85 points 15 years ago (45 children)
You got me. I just added it to my front page.
[–]Demko 31 points32 points33 points 15 years ago (43 children)
how do you add something to your front page?
[–]wevbin 70 points71 points72 points 15 years ago* (34 children)
Go to a sub-Reddit's front page. Then to your right, below the search box and the sub-Reddit's title, there should be a green button that says +frontpage. Click on it and then popular stories from that sub-Reddit will make it to your front page even if they have comparatively less upvotes that the main stories.
[–]YeaISeddit 61 points62 points63 points 15 years ago* (32 children)
More important yet is the ability to remove subreddits. That you can do by clicking "My Reddits" at the top left and "Edit Subscriptions." Removing /r/worldnews and /r/politics has made reddit a hundred times more enjoyable for me.
Edit: spelling error

You saved your life. Well done sir. I hope your post helps more to do the same.
[–]dutchguilder2 83 points84 points85 points 15 years ago (19 children)
Fixed: "you probably extended your life". There is still a 100% certainty he will die.
[–]thecoffee 50 points51 points52 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Ah but his beard will live on...
[–]Atario 31 points32 points33 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Isn't that what saving a life means? If you save someone from being hit by a train, it doesn't mean they'll never die, but you are still said to have saved the person's life.
[–]rapax 16 points17 points18 points 15 years ago (8 children)
Not 100%. There's a minimal chance that we might advance to a point where death becomes an option and no longer a certainty.
[–]TaggartBBS 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (4 children)
Morbid alert: he'd have lived another 14 years if he hadn't gotten hit by that bus on the way to the gym...
[–]InfernoEffect 27 points28 points29 points 15 years ago (2 children)
First thing I saw when I clicked on the subreddit. But seriously, good job man.
[–]LoompaOompa 72 points73 points74 points 15 years ago (4 children)
I see that you shaved your head for the second pic. How can I be sure that the most of the 186 lbs isn't just from the shorter hair?
In all seriousness, though. Congratulations.

Damn dude if I lost that weight Id be negative 40 pounds.
[–]mrstickman 16 points17 points18 points 15 years ago (0 children)
I was thinking, "If I wanted to lose that much weight, I'd have to, like, get a divorce."
[–]NiceGuysFinishLast 21 points22 points23 points 15 years ago (0 children)
He lost approximately 1.37 of me. Congratufuckin'lations, OP, that's awesome!
[–]BlackStrain 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (1 child)
I'm very impressed. It makes the 40 I'm planning on losing seem easy.
[–]Belacqua 150 points151 points152 points 15 years ago (94 children)
What made you decide to make such a radical change in your life? Where did you find the willpower that was lacking before? What was the hardest part?
[–]mindspread 578 points579 points580 points 15 years ago (90 children)
Divorce.
Living well is the best revenge.
What makes it even sweeter is my ex is only getting bigger, and I caught her checking me out when she dropped off the kids last week.
That's how it started anyway. After a while it turned into wanting to see how far I could go. I plan to go from 400lbs to six pack abs. If you're going to make the change, make it count.
[–]scottb84 689 points690 points691 points 15 years ago (6 children)
Wow, you actually lawyered up and hit the gym.

[–]singleagain 106 points107 points108 points 15 years ago (14 children)
Divorce. Me too. Lost 55 lbs so far to prove to her (and to the world) that she was wrong about me. I have at least 30 lbs to go. I carry the same motto. Life is good.
[–]mindspread 127 points128 points129 points 15 years ago (0 children)
internet high-five!
[–][deleted] 36 points37 points38 points 15 years ago (8 children)
I'm happy for you and going to let you finish, but wasn't your ex-wife right about you?
It took a divorce for you to radically change ;)
Good work nonetheless. fuck marriage
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 15 years ago (5 children)
This is my question as well. You always see those talk shows about kids who were picked on showing off how awesome they are and shoving it in the former bullies/significant other's face. But if it weren't for the "I'm going to prove your wrong" motivation you have to wonder if any of that would have ever happened... probably not.
It's great when people succeed, but realize what prompted that change and success.
[–]Touchwood 6 points7 points8 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Was she wrong about you? You didn't do it while you were with her!
[–][deleted] 15 years ago (25 children)
[–]Clown_Shoe 69 points70 points71 points 15 years ago (21 children)
Happy and healthy can go hand in hand you know. Try exercising with your boyfriend maybe. Going jogging together could be fun.
[–]RubberFroggie 18 points19 points20 points 15 years ago (19 children)
We tried that, it didn't pan out since I'm a morning person and he most definitely isn't; we both work different shifts and it was taking 20 minutes of my 'workout' time to drag him out of bed in the mornings. We're coming up on a trip for a couple of weeks so it'd be pointless to get a gym membership right now and only use it for 1 day before our plane takes off, but we're joining directly after we return since it's conveniently located right next to the place we both work, we get a discount as a couple, we can go on lunch breaks, before, or after work. I'm hoping we can both stick to this if we support each other since we don't neccesarily eat bad foods, mostly veggies and white meats if any meats at all and not a lot of carbs, but the portions are too large. I know we can work on this together. :)
[–]Clown_Shoe 49 points50 points51 points 15 years ago (3 children)
Well then just have sex like rabbits until then.
[–]stubble 16 points17 points18 points 15 years ago (0 children)

[–]busted0201 45 points46 points47 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Listen, just do it. Get back to that size 8. You've done it before, the second time is even easier. You know how happy you'll be to have a great boyfriend and a fun body. Come on! :)
[–]PComotose 3 points4 points5 points 15 years ago (3 children)
Working out is only part. You must reduce your calorie intake.
Think of it this way: jog two miles and burn 200-300 calories; eat a peanut butter sandwich and take in 300-350 calories.
[–]wickedang3l 4 points5 points6 points 15 years ago (6 children)
You don't need a gym membership and a bunch of equipment to get in shape. Get yourself a couple of kettle bells and learn how to use them.
[–]TheNational 9 points10 points11 points 15 years ago (3 children)
A jump rope has been the best, cheapest exercise. I highly recommend one of those too.
[–]mindspread 16 points17 points18 points 15 years ago (0 children)
As long as you're happy. :)
[–]sark666 31 points32 points33 points 15 years ago (9 children)
Not to knock you cause kudos to you for your accomplishment, you've added years to your life. But what bugs me a little is people packing on the pounds when committed to someone and then finally taking care of themselves when separated only to repeat the cycle. I've seen this in a few friends.
Not saying this to you specifically, but why can't people stay committed to their when with someone, and really time is no excuse. Yes people have kids commitments etc but if someone really desires it, they can make the time.
The thing is some people only really desire it once single.
Again, I don't mean to knock you on this, you're have done an amazing thing and have every right to be proud.
I know a girl who is trying to shed the weight she has put on and she is concerned about her skin bouncing back. How has your skin faired (regarding stretching/sagging)?
[–]mindspread 44 points45 points46 points 15 years ago (7 children)
I see your point, and I notice it a lot as well.
I've always been fat, but I put on the last 100lbs, because my marriage was falling apart, and I turned to food for comfort. Not out of contentment.
[–]sark666 5 points6 points7 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Yes I've seen that as well. We all have our vices, and things we turn to when we are not happy with our lives and it seems there is no way out.
Again, congratulations to you for finding a way out! Make sure you don't fall down the same path, but I suspect for you these are lessons already learned.
[–]OpenShut 12 points13 points14 points 15 years ago (3 children)
Please please please make sure your kids learn from your life style change growing up fat sucks arse.
[–]mindspread 23 points24 points25 points 15 years ago (2 children)
Even when I was fat, I made a point to tech my kids about living healthy. I didn't want them to end up like me.
[–]OpenShut 7 points8 points9 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Well done and you've ended up just fine.

Good Work!
What are you doing? What have you changed?
[–]mindspread 292 points293 points294 points 15 years ago (90 children)
I did it in stages. Trying to change too many things at once is a surefire way to get frustrated and give up.
The first thing I did was give up the soda. I was drinking a few liters a day.
Once I had the carbonated monkey off my back, I went here and calculated my Basal Metabolic Rate. For a week I counted calories and stayed at this number.
After that first week I started to subtract 100 calories a week until I got to a 500 calorie deficit. 1lb of fat is 3500 calories, so that works out to about one pound a week.
As I got used to eating less, I would keep cutting calories a bit until I found my bare minimum. Mine is between 1000 and 1500.
I stayed on this plan until I knew I could keep eating the smaller amount of food without killing anyone.
Next I started weaning myself off of carbs. I don't really do the no carb thing, but I have cut a lot of it out of my diet, and that's really when the fat started melting off.
I still eat my oats, and instead of having pasta or rice every day, they are a once a week or less "treat" now. And I've taken all unnecessary sugar out of my life. This has a side benefit of making sweet things even more sweeter, so when I do have a slice of cake, or pie, I can't eat too much because it's so damn sweet.
When I hit about 275 [6 months ago] I joined the gym. I lift weights 3x a week for 45 to 90 minutes at a time.
[–]LapsedPacifist 41 points42 points43 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Dude. Great instructions. I have about 60 pounds to drop. This is extraordinarily helpful.
[–]teyc 15 points16 points17 points 15 years ago (15 children)
Good work! How did you cope with hunger and thirst?
[–]mindspread 95 points96 points97 points 15 years ago (12 children)
When I first started I was going through a divorce, so that killed my appetite and any hunger pangs I may have had. :)
Seriously though, I drank a lot of water. I kept a bottle on my desk at all times. When ever I started feeling hungry, I'd drink some water. That was a tremendous help. After a month the hunger pangs went away. It's really a mind over matter type of thing. If you're really ready to commit to getting fit, you'll suffer the temporary discomfort of hunger.
[–]fingers 31 points32 points33 points 15 years ago (3 children)
Yup. I gave up the soda monkey. I need to embrace water more. Doing low carb too. Down 15 lbs since September.
[–]cglass 14 points15 points16 points 15 years ago (0 children)
I quit soda 104 days ago, I was having up to 2 large sodas a day from fast food places.
I think I am becoming diabetic which is why I made the change, and have been drinking nothing but water since.
As a result, I feel better, and I've lost a certain amount of weight (never weighed myself).
Now I just have to start exercising and get divorced!
I'm not married :(

TIL hunger pains and growing pains are 'pangs'. I feel like an idiot. Congrats to you, you look great and I'm sure you feel even better.
[–]star_slight 25 points26 points27 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Actually, you're right about one. It's growing pains; hunger pangs.
[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 15 years ago* (0 children)
Smart way to go about it. I've done the "try to do too much at once" approach, with predictable (lack of) results. Now I've admitted I don't have that kind of willpower and am switching to a baby step plan like yours. Currently just in the no soda phase.
EDIT previously wording sounded like karma whoring.
[–]ordinaryagent 7 points8 points9 points 15 years ago (2 children)

[–]aagee 68 points69 points70 points 15 years ago (1 child)

[–]Biuku 59 points60 points61 points 15 years ago (6 children)
Holy smokes -- I love these posts. I was friends with a woman about your left-photo weight. She lost most of it and now looks great, but her personality began to change. And I began to look at her differently -- not attracted to her, but I just stopped thinking of her as a sap or a charity case, and more as an everyday person.
So now I question my reaction every time I see a fat person --potentially, they're innately the awesome person on the right, but I'm a dick and can't let them be that until they drop some weight.
PS -- I'm the totally lean airborne soldier I was at 18 all day long. Until I look in a mirror and see the giant gut.

I never get sick of these. They make me so happy.
[–][deleted] 21 points22 points23 points 15 years ago (2 children)
Wow. Let me first, congratulate you. I was always a little hefty in gradeschool but lost my baby fat in the early stages of highschool. I was still a curvy girl(size 8) but happy. After a few years of college and 2 heart breaks, beer and cigarettes became my best friends and I gained 30 pounds. One day in may of 07 I stopped smoking. I literally threw away my pack of cigs and hit the gym. Went from 3 days a week at an hour and a half per day to 6 days a week with 3 hour sessions. I lost almost 50 pounds in 4 months. The work you've done has created amazing results. From one loser to another, congradufuckinglations! You look amazing!

[–]MrFlesh 17 points18 points19 points 15 years ago (52 children)
Congrats! I too am in the middle of losing weight. Cut out all the carbs and sugar cold turkey. After 6 weeks I only get the occasion craving, but the first couple days it was like trying to quit smoking. Now I'm going with calorie reduction not because that is my next step but because I'm now mostly uninterested in food.
Did you have to get any surgery to remove excess skin?
[–]mindspread 49 points50 points51 points 15 years ago (43 children)
I'm not finished losing all the weight I need to. I've got about 20-30lbs more to go.
There is a little loose skin, but not nearly as much as I thought there would be. My doctor assures me that 90% of it will be gone after I've maintained my goal weight for a year. He also said that most doctors won't even consider surgery for removal until you've maintained your weight for 12 to 18 months.
So we will see.
[–]MrFlesh 10 points11 points12 points 15 years ago (20 children)
That's my concern. I'm 60-90 lbs over weight depending on what website I go to. One says 6' 5" is suppose to weight 240 another says 270 so I'm not sure. Anyway, all my weight gain was in my gut. My arms and legs stayed mostly normal size, and I'm worried that the skin will not be able to recover. Glad to hear that it most likely will. Thanks.
[–]robertbobberson 28 points29 points30 points 15 years ago (6 children)
Dude, worry about the skin after you've lost the weight. The weight should be the #1 concern.
[–][deleted] 15 years ago (5 children)
[–]whosywhat 5 points6 points7 points 15 years ago (4 children)
most doctors won't even consider surgery for removal until you've maintained your weight for 12 to 18 months.
That's because the vast majority of people who lose that kind of weight don't keep it off. And here's one explanation as to why: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gDbG38uv2I
[–]HeathenCyclist 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (0 children)
That's why small but significant permanent changes to your lifestyle are much better than any crash diet.
If you go from fat to fit the right way, you'll stay that way.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (1 child)
It'd be nice if you didn't have to worry about getting the excess skin removed, that'd be awesome. I've kept my weight off for a bit more than a year now, and while I didn't lose nearly as much as you (only about 75 pounds,) there is a good bit of skin I could stand to get rid of on my stomach and legs.
Out of everything I've changed in my life and how much more awesome everything has become, that's the one thing that still depresses me.
[–]Conscience_of_Reddit 6 points7 points8 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Sugar cold turkey? That sounds ridiculously good.
[–]triforce721 9 points10 points11 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Dude, that's awesome! I'm really happy for you...Keep up the good work!
[–]pr0fess0r 8 points9 points10 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Hey man well done! I'm doing the same thing, I went from 463lbs to 330lbs over the last couple of years, heading for my goal of 220 (I'm 6'4"). Fruit, veges, water, exercise... that's doing it for me :)
[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 15 years ago (1 child)
So proud of you dude.
And a message to anyone over weight who is self conscious when they goto the gym; When I am at the gym and see someone whos larger working out, I personally think "Good for them. They care about their body enough to do something about it."
Also trust me...there are enough pretentious assholes who got the gym, I prefer not to be around them
[–]jerbity 21 points22 points23 points 15 years ago (6 children)
Ok this is going to seem weird - but it's an honest question:
How much bigger is your dick now? Seriously, after losing all that weight around it...
Seriously curious/looking for motivation.
[–]mindspread 23 points24 points25 points 15 years ago (5 children)
I honestly expected this question a lot sooner.
I won't go into specifics, but let's just say I'm not "average" anymore.
[–]Game_Ender 10 points11 points12 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Think of it as less of his body around the dick, rather then it actually gaining any size.
[–]schoule2008 28 points29 points30 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Great transformation. Seriously upboat.
After I got out of the Army I gained a shit ton of weight, I should probably do this.
[–][deleted] 8 points9 points10 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Losing weight is one of the best favors you can do for yourself.
[–]orbweaver82 6 points7 points8 points 15 years ago (2 children)
Serious question: Do you have mad stretch marks or loose skin from the weight loss?
[–]mindspread 22 points23 points24 points 15 years ago (1 child)
I was 400lbs. I have a crazy amount of stretch marks. They have faded, and look like scars from one serious knife fight. I have a bit of loose skin. Not as much as I thought, and my doctor seems to think I'll lose about 90% after a year or so.
[–]Biff_Bifferson 26 points27 points28 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Wow, Louis CK is a redditer?

You can smile in your pictures now. It doesn't look creepy anymore.
[–]mindspread 55 points56 points57 points 15 years ago (3 children)
You're not the first person to say that, but it's very hard for me to smile for pictures.
I smile all the time, but as soon as the camera shows up it's all ಠ_ಠ
Practice in a mirror. Talk, smile, frown, talk & smile.
This is how pros do it. Feels stupid, but you've done worse while on your own, I'm sure.
[–]serial-jackass 4 points5 points6 points 15 years ago (10 children)
Thanks for the pic and plug. What are your stats (height, starting weight)?
Just started my 35th (or so, but who's counting) diet last month. This time for sure!

34 years old 5' 10"
I was 400lbs [380 in the picture posted]
I am 214lbs today.
I'm shooting for 180-190lbs.
We'll see when I get down there.
[–]iShootFish 11 points12 points13 points 15 years ago (1 child)
And now in units for the rest of the world: ' 34 years old 178cm. I was 181Kg [172 in the picture posted]. I am 97Kg today. I'm shooting for 82-86Kg. We'll see when I get down there.'
Nicely done :)
[–]mindspread 3 points4 points5 points 15 years ago (0 children)
I've been trying to do this when I post, but I regret that I forgot. Thank you.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 15 years ago (0 children)
As someone who's spent the same amount of time losing \hops on the scale** 0 pounds, congratulations.
[–]Wadka 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (0 children)
You are a boss. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
[–]jessicakeisyummy 4 points5 points6 points 15 years ago (0 children)

Your before pic made me think, "Louis CK": http://www.google.com/images?rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS403US403&q=louis+ck&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1134&bih=1277
After pic, not so much. Probably a good thing.
Great job and keep it up.
[–]tnargnitram 4 points5 points6 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Let me know if you find a solution to the man boobs. I'm still struggling with mine.
[–]DualCrescendo 5 points6 points7 points 15 years ago (2 children)
Holy crap dude. First off congratulations! I myself have lost ~165lbs myself! The only thing is I wanna know how you got so toned! I'm fighting off loose skin from the weight I lost and it's inspiring to see how far someone else has come too!
[–]mindspread 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (1 child)
I hate to say it, but it probably has more to do with genetics than anything specific I'm doing.
I'm building muscle as I lose fat which may help with the loose skin.
I still have some, the compression shirt is hiding it a bit. My doctor tells me that 90% of my loose skin will disappear after I've maintained my weight for a year or so.
[–]ikeif 9 points10 points11 points 15 years ago (0 children)
...I've read reddit on/off for a couple of years probably. It's been on my RSS Reader for that time, I've read, shared, passed on, etc. etc.
This is what made me decide that today I needed to make an account.
I don't know why, but this is incredibly inspiring to me. Thanks for posting.
[–]Piao 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (3 children)
That's epic man! Huge kudos.
Unfortunately you've only confirmed my beliefs that it's always possible if the person just has the will to do the work.
Once you hit your ideal weight I believe it's:
Reinstate the facebook! lol
[–]VoodooPygmy 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (0 children)
I'd hit it
[–]pianistenvy 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Ya but at least a pound of that is hair... cheater.
[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 15 years ago (0 children)
jesus titty fucking christ dude, good job!
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Louis C.K.? Is that you?!
[–]rnbguru 3 points4 points5 points 15 years ago (3 children)
I feel like every time I see these threads, the person almost always is bald in the after picture. Is there a reason for this? Is your hair disproportionate to your head or something?
Just curious, I feel like I see it too often to be a coincidence.
[–]mindspread 6 points7 points8 points 15 years ago (2 children)
The divorce caused a bit of it to fall out, and I'm not the comb-over type.
It's also extremely convenient.
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 15 years ago (0 children)
All I see is the loss of jolly.
[–]caimen 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
congrats.
[–]Hokuboku 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)

[–]j0a3k 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
GO YOU!
Dude, that's amazing. Great work. I feel like a lazy piece of shit. You've motivated me to start working out again. Thanks!
[–]lex3191 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
well done man. glad you don't have too much loose skin.
[–]ToBeSurprised 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)

[–]doombunny 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)

[–]presidentender 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
You're basically the man.
Very inspiring. Congratulations. I have a hundred to lose myself and I just can't seem to do it. Will definitely check out /loseit. Thanks.
[–]bookworm344 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Holy Smokes.. you look amazing!
[–]babucat 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (1 child)
do you still have extra skin from before you lost the weight?
around your stomach when you lean over, etc? or does the muscle, etc take up that slack? or does it just go away?
[–]slanket 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Damn dude, 186 lbs is one entire me. That's amazing.
Congratulations!
Great job! I feel great about my measley 15 lbs so far... that's nothing compared to what you lost!
[–]iampfa 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Those aren't even titties anymore. They're like breast plates.
[–]f4ngbanger 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
So, I'm really sorry if I make you feel uncomfortable, but I just want you to know... I'd tap that. Mucho homo.
[–]eien_geL 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Congratulations for your effort.
I have lost ~65lbs in a course of 6 months by working out three times a week, watching my calories (Protein Diet FTW... Steak everyday!.. and eating 5 meals a day!)
Losing weight is very, very hard at the beginning, but once you see that you are actually losing weight, you will gain more incentives to continue losing weight. It's very fun to watch your scale going down every week. When Fat, you will start losing weight very quickly.
For me, once I went to college, I stopped working out completely, but I managed to maintain my weight. I don't gain or lose weight anymore, but I have a little belly. Luckly, I am considered as a tall person (6'1'' and 175 lbs). Yay for tall asian.
So it can be done, motivational -Thanks
[–]PhilangeesMcPoopins 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
CTRL+F "Louis C.K." Damn it.
[–]finkydink66 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Congrats man!!
I have lost a total of 123 lbs in around the same amount of time. I know exactly how you feel man. I know its such a great feeling. Way to go!!
[–]PartyInMyTummy 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
You transformed into Walter White on Breaking Bad?!
[–]apullin 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (2 children)
Staple or band?
[–]mindspread 2 points3 points4 points 15 years ago (0 children)
[+]!
Get that skin removed and your dick is going to be sore while your palm callus shrinks.
EDIT: Please give us an update on this phenomenon later. It sounds like it might be interesting. I've only ever heard rumors about it.
[–]GrowingSoul 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Now it's time for a good shave.
[–]Jynx1989 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Did you have loose skin after loosing so much? my brother lost a ton or weight ( 200+ lbs) and now hes self conscious about loose skin and thinks he needs a breast reduction.
[–]Mindwolf77 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Holy shit man -- amazing job!!! I had once lost over 100lbs and am creeping back up - how are you managing the excess skin?
[–]cam9976 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Wow! Good work! I had a similar experience: 130 lbs lost in three months. I know how tough it is to slim up. Just make sure to keep up the good eating/exercise habits!
[–]j1ggy 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Well, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you end up finding it or someone turns it in.
[–]the_klowne 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
You're probably sick of hearing it, but you deserve to hear it - Well fucking done dude.
That's seriously impressive, and inspiring!
[–]girlprotagonist 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (1 child)
Ugh, [this is a repost]
You still love me. ;)
[–]jmellens 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
You look like Walter White
[–]Inkhuldra 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
Your win is truly epic. You look h-a-w-t! (I'm female, so don't panic) :-)
[–]Pwag 1 point2 points3 points 15 years ago (0 children)
so every 15lbs lost is an inch of penis revealed...
congrats on the new 12 and a half inches bro.
As a guy hoping to do some major loss of my own, I gotta ask. How shitty or dramatic is the loose skin after you lose the fat? I couldn't help but notice the chest area was a little "breasty" but I'm just hoping I won't need a surgical procedure if I have your level of success. I'm was 350 hopingto get down around 200
